Wonderland Drive drainage hole

Says a hole on his street has gone unfixed for two and a half years; the dirt NCDOT dumped in it blocked the drainage pipe, threatening his and his neighbor's homes with flooding. He warned of legal action if his house floods and thanked Alsobrooks for visiting on his own time.
